Terms & Conditions for Venue Hire *

Facilitators are responsible for filling the urn, water bottle, emptying bins, leaving studio clean and tidy, provide own candles, incense, teas and coffee, milks etc. Our staff will provide food and service if you have booked catering. If you have not booked catering through us, venue hire is not serviced. If service is required this will be charged at an extra rate and you will need to contact us directly to confirm this. There is a 30% nonrefundable deposit due at the time of booking. If canceled 90 days prior to the original date, rebooking is allowed once within the next 12 months or the deposit is forfeited. Heating on the deck is available exclusively during non-fire ban periods, with an additional fee for fireplace setup.

No Shoes Policy *

Please bear in mind, we do have a strict policy of no shoes in Our Space, to not only protect the sanctity of the space but also for a sign of respect for all the special events and retreats we hold in there.   We like to think that removing the shoes not only protects the area but is also an equalizer, in that you are all the ‘same’ in your ‘bare’ feet.  We hope this will not be a problem for you and your guests on your special day.  Socks are ok! If you do really want to avoid this, you are welcome to hire rugs for the space at your own convenience. With all our love, Premalaya and Family

Dining Policy *

All meals are enjoyed on our open-air covered deck, complete with a long communal table for 10, plus comfortable sofas and lounges in a relaxed setting. Please note, indoor dining is only possible if you arrange rentals for rugs, tables, and chairs.
