FIRES
Fire season in the South West is from the months of November through to March/April. It is important to follow the fire government regulations as fires can be devasting.

You will also find fire equipment to use in case of a fire emergency in your chalet.
HEATING AND COOLING
Reverse Cycle Air conditioning is available and located in your lounge. Select the desired temperature via the remote. Please be conscious to the environment and only use when necessary. During Summer Months, keep windows and external doors closed and keep bedroom doors open.
KEYS & SECURITY
Please do not leave your apartment unlocked when away from it. If anything is lost or stolen it is at your own risk. Only one set of keys are given. Please note if your keys are misplaced or lost, please see a member of our staff as soon as possible.
We will charge a fee of $100 to replace lost keys.

For sightseeing and tourist attractions please contact the Dunsborough Visitor Centre – 0497 521 288 or the below websites. Our receptionist will also be able to assist during open hours.

WATER
The property is supplied by rainwater. Our rainwater is a valued commodity, please use with respect and gratitude.
If you experience any issues, contact Reception. All water is drinkable.
WIFI
To use our WiFi, please select the Premalaya Guest WiFi network. Follow the prompts to login. Our remote location is occasionally subject to slower speeds or outages, please be patient and enjoy time to disconnect. If wifi issues persist, please contact a member of our staff and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
WILDLIFE
The southwest is known for its unique wildlife. Kangaroos are common in this area. Please be cautious when driving as there are plenty about, especially after dark. We also have snakes in this region. Most snakes are timid and will attack if threatened. If you go bush walking, please be aware of snakes. Never approach a snake. Snake bites can occur, call for help immediately on 000. Stay as still as you can and if you are bitten wrap the limb tightly. Reassure the person involved until medical attention arrives.

Ensure both the TV and Digital Box are turned on.
- The large remote controls the TV and Netflix.
- The small remote controls the Digital Box and regional TV channels.
Press Source on the large remote
Select HDMI #1
Use the small remote to control TV stations
For Netflix - select the netflix button on the large remote

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Apartments accommodate a maximum of 4 adults
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am
NO SMOKING POLICY in apartments, outside areas, and within 5M of the buildings
STRICTLY NO PETS
Prices include a standard clean post-departure however guests are asked to:
Empty the inside bins and take rubbish to the outside bin located in the carpark
Empty all items from fridge and freezer; wipe fridge clean
Wash and put away ALL dishes including the ones from the dishwasher
Return all items of furniture belonging to the apartment to their original positions
Guests are required to leave all utensils, towels, fixtures, fittings, and equipment on the property.
The guest is liable for any extra cleanings, breakages, or damages caused to the property that occur during their stay and therefore shall be payable by credit card details stored.
If you require an additional clean throughout your entire apartment including fresh linen, this can be provided at an additional charge of $85.
We are in a limited reception area so please be aware that staying at Premalaya is a nice opportunity to switch off from the world of technology and mobile reception. However, there are areas where you can walk to receive reception.
We are a rural property and there is a beautiful dam and natural creek flowing in winter, therefore children are the sole responsibility of parents/guardians. There is NO RESPONSIBILITY taken by the property and its owners for any child who may be inflicted in any way whilst not being supervised by a parent/guardian.
To protect the sanctity of Premalaya and the guests, all noise must cease by 10.00pm, including the use of washing machines. Visitors to your apartment must also leave by this time.
