To secure your venue booking a 30% DEPOSIT is due at time of booking. This is non- refundable but transferrable to a later date (within 12 months) if cancelled 90 days prior to the date of retreat/event. IF cancellation is within 90 days, you are liable for FULL PAYMENT. The booking cannot be ultered in any way if cancellation happens prior to 90 days, this is to ensure we have adequate time to compensate for the loss in your booking. The deposit can only be transferred once to the same value or greater retreat (within 12 months from the cancellation date). Your deposit cannot be used for a personal stay or transferred into a different facilitator name.
To secure your booking, these terms and conditions must be signed and returned. Without the form, we cannot hold your booking.
Full payment of your bills must be paid prior to arrival.
No decorations are to be erected without prior permission from staff.
Facilitators are responsible for filling the urn, water bottle, emptying bins, leaving studio clean and tidy, providing own candles, incense, coffee etc.
If the studio is left without a basic clean, an $100 cleaning charge will be invoiced to you.
It is the responsibility of the Licensee to prevent disturbances or excessive noise from occurring within the studio or adjacent grounds that may be of detriment to nearby residents, especially guests staying at Premalaya.
No noise after 10pm.
Studio to be left exactly as it was found - all equipment to be returned to its original position. The facilitator is responsible for paying of any damage of property Premalaya staff reserve the right to refuse any application.
No shoes allowed inside studio AT ALL. This is to protect the sanctity of the space as well as show our respect for all special events and retreats held here at Premalaya. We like to think that the act of removing our shoes serves as an equalizer, in that we are all the same in our own bare feet.
If candles are used, please ensure they are well away from any flammable materials and resting upon a fire-safe dish so as not to drip wax on the wooden floor. If we find wax, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
For all retreat and group bookings, a FULL VENUE booking must be made (ie. all 8 apartments. which includes exclusive use of the studio)
To secure the studio for an event, full payment is required at time of booking to secure that timeslot/day. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made >30 days prior to arrival, amount is transferrable to a future date.
Apartments accommodate a maximum of 4 adults. Guests must be 18 years or over to book a chalet and there must be a legal parent or guardian of the remaining guests under 18. Photo ID may be requested upon arrival.
STRICT No Smoking policy in chalets and within 5m of the buildings, please smoke only by the front gate and bins and ensure your distinquish fully to avoid fires.

We are in a limited reception area so please be aware that staying at Premalaya is a nice opportunity to switch off from the world of technology and mobile reception. However, there are areas where you can walk to receive reception should you need it.
We are a rural property with a beautiful dam and natural creek that flows in winter, Parents/guardians are entirely responsible for their children, there is NO RESPONSIBILITY taken by the property and its owners for any child who may be inflicted in any way whilst not being supervised by a parent/guardian.
Please be aware that the owners of Premalaya and their four children live on the property. So from time to time the sound of children's laughter and play will be present.
Premalaya is a multi-use community so noise from other guests and neighbours may be present from time to time.
Strictly NO PETS.
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.
Prices include all linen, beds made and ready for you, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, eco-friendly cleaning products, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. If you require an additional clean throughout your chalet with fresh linen during your stay this will be charged at $100.
Prices include a standard clean post-departure. However, guests are required to leave the chalet in a clean and tidy conditions which includes: Empty all the indoor bins and take refuse to the outside bin located in the car park. Please use black bin bags provided.
Empty all items from the fridge and freezer and wipe the fridge clean.
Wash and put away all dishes including emplying the dishwasher.
Return all items and furniture belonging to the chalet to their original positions and leave the chalet neat and tidy.
Cups/plates/utensils are to be kept in the apartment, if using an outside caterer, everything in the kitchen is to be left as you found it.
Please note all credit card transactions incur a 2.2% fee. (If paying through SQUARE)
