The Seed Retreat is an immersive rites of passage experience for mothers and their 8-13yo daughters honouring their transition to puberty and periods.

As she changes, so do you.

As mothers we have an opportunity to nurture the relationship between her body and cycle to have a better experience than we did.

It’s our responsibility to help her recognise her body is no place for shame, her period is part of her natural bodies process and that the transformation of puberty has purpose.
