5-Hour One-on-One Wellness Holistic Package

Facilitated by Hayley, the Owner of Premalaya and her Team of Therapists this transformative 5-hour holistic wellness experience combines mind-body practices, relaxation techniques, and healing therapies, designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. The personalized session includes:

  1. Yoga (60 minutes) – A tailored yoga session to balance energy, enhance flexibility, and promote relaxation. Postures will be selected based on your needs and experience level, focusing on alignment, strength, and mindfulness.

  2. Meditation & Breath work (30 minutes) – Guided meditation and breath work exercises to centre the mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Techniques like pranayama and mindful breathing will be used to promote deep relaxation and focus.

  3. Sauna & Ice (60 minutes) – A detoxifying heat-cold therapy session. First, enjoy the soothing warmth of the sauna to relax muscles and promote detoxification, followed by an invigorating ice plunge to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and boost vitality.

  4. 90-Minute Healing Session – A holistic healing treatment customized to address your specific physical, emotional, or energetic needs. Techniques may include energy healing, massage therapy, or Ayurvedic practices to restore balance and promote overall well-being.

  5. Ayurvedic Lunch (60 minutes) – Enjoy a nourishing, wholesome, and detoxifying Ayurvedic meal tailored to your dosha (body type), providing optimal nourishment and supporting digestion, energy, and vitality.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher Validity - Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. - Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Redemption - Gift vouchers can only be redeemed via email - Vouchers must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise specified. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

3. Non-Transferable - Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom they were issued. - Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or transfer of vouchers is prohibited.

4. Balance and Refunds - No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used. - If the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid using other accepted payment methods. - Refunds are not available for purchases made using a gift voucher.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers - Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Treat vouchers as cash. - The company assumes no responsibility for vouchers once issued to the recipient.

6. Promotions and Discounts - Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty rewards unless otherwise specified.

7. Cancellation and Exchange - Gift vouchers cannot be canceled or exchanged for cash or other items once issued. - Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited after the expiration date.

8. Fraud and Misuse - The company reserves the right to reject a gift voucher if there is suspicion of fraud, tampering, or other unauthorized activity.

9. Amendments - Premalaya reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. - The most current version of terms and conditions will always apply.
