The Yoga
Josie Tanham is Principal of the Yoga Practice, a Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia and a
Certified Meditation Teacher. Josie is also a singer and lover of reading and writing.
All levels and abilities will be looked after, from beginners to more experienced participants.

The Creative Writing
Jane is an award-winning writer, editor, creative writing teacher, musician and songwriter.
Her primary focus and joy is helping others realise their creative potential.
Whether you are new to writing, need some inspiration or an experienced writer, Jane’s friendly,
insightful approach will give you the space and confidence to stretch your creative side.

The Retreat
Premalaya Retreat has a fully equipped yoga studio. Retreat participants will stay in self-contained apartments, each with two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge.
